Maurizio Campisì's artistical/musical adventure is a multidirectional path that's absolutely unique. His musical story starts with Sick Rose, one of the most known garage band in the world. He's been a founding member, bass player and composer with the band. He's still collaborating with them. After that Maurizio goes to Costarica where he is living now and where he has become an appreciated journalist and writer. "Eldorado" is his first work as soloist, born from the collaboration with local musicians, including the well known songwriter Jorge Rodrigues. "Eldorado" puts together rock with mediterranean and latin feelings and sounds, "Mi fermo qui" is the video that's been taken from the record, and represents ideally the "meeting point" of traditional Central America's Bolero and italian classical songwriting at his best.
